Ribbon board up at First Niagara Center

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - There have been some big off season changes inside the home of the Sabres, now there's one lighting up the outside.

The new "ribbon board" is up and running around the First Niagara Center, right on time for Friday's home opener against Carolina.
