BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Tuesday afternoon Sabres President Ted Black and  Sabres General Manager Darcy Regier fielded questions from the media about the shortened NHL hockey season and the tentative deal to end the lockout.

Both men thanked the loyal Buffalo fans and hoped that they will continue to support the team.  Black said that a very small number of season ticket holders canceled their tickets during the lockout.  Reiger was excited to begin the season even if it meant playing games as much as every other day with a very abbreviated training camp.
