New York Yankees prospect Austin Jackson was at the plate in the bottom of the eighth, and with bases loaded, he unloads 'em.

The grand slam home run for Jackson was part of a six-run eighth inning for the Yankees.

They beat the Boston Red Sox 7-1 in the final spring training meeting between the two old rivals.
