AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB) - UB shot 50% from beyond the arc Wednesday night in a one-sided win over MAC West leader Toledo, 75-60.
Tony Watson led the Bulls with a career-high 24 points, including a 6-for-9 performance on three-pointers. Jarryn Skeete chipped in 17 points, while Javon McCrea added 14 points and 16 rebounds.
With the win, the Bulls improve to 5-6 in the MAC (10-15 overall).
UB broke open a close game late in the first half, opening a 10-point lead at halftime. Toledo would never get any closer in a second half that saw the Bulls lead by as many as 22.
The Bulls hit the road to play Miami (OH) this Saturday.
