ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Bills have several key starters whose contracts expire after this season. They took care of one of them today, signing offensive lineman Kraig Urbik to a multi-year extension.

Urbik's deal is reportedly worth more than $13 million over four years.

A former waiver-wire pickup, Urbik has played his way into the starting lineup at right guard, helping solidify the Bills offensive line.

Another lineman, left guard Andy Levitre, is also playing on the last year of his contract. Other key players approaching free agency include safety Jairus Byrd, cornerback/kick returner Leodis McKelvin, defensive end Kyle Moore, and linebacker Bryan Scott.
