...A FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 100 AM EDT FOR POTTER COUNTY... AT 1021 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES CONTINUE TO INDICATE THAT AN AREA IMMEDIATELY AROUND LYMAN RUN STATE PARK...BETWEEN GALETON AND COUDERSPORT...HAS HAD OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN IN THE LAST FEW HOURS. MOST OF THE RUNOFF FROM THIS HEAVY RAIN WOULD FLOW DOWN LYMAN RUN AND THE WEST BRANCH OF THE PINE CREEK DOWN TO GALETON...AND DOWN THE PINE CREEK...ALONG ROUTE 6 NEAR WALTON. THE HEAVIEST OF THE RAIN IS TAPERING OFF AT THIS TIME...BUT FLOODING IS STILL ANTICIPATED. LESS THAN A HALF OF AN INCH OF ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS EXPECTED THROUGH MIDNIGHT.
