MCKEAN COUNTY... * UNTIL 115 AM EDT... * AT 954 PM EDT...LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED FLASH FLOODING OVER MCKEAN COUNTY. * LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO SMETHPORT AND PORT ALLEGANY. RADAR ESTIMATES UP TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE LAST FEW HOURS...WHICH WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE SIGNIFICANT FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS THROUGH AROUND 1 AM.
