NORTHERN LYCOMING COUNTY... * UNTIL 800 PM EDT... * AT 502 PM EDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN WAS FALLING DUE TO SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES THAT BETWEEN 1 AND 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE LAST HOUR. EXPECT FLOODING TO BEGIN SHORTLY. * LOCATIONS IN THE ADVISORY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO BRADFORD...ELDRED...KANE...LEWIS RUN...MOUNT JEWETT... LAWRENCEVILLE...MANSFIELD...TIOGA...WELLSBORO...AUSTIN... DUSHORE...EAGLES MERE...FORKSVILLE AND LAPORTE. BANDS OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...SOME WITH HEAVY RAIN...WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE SOUTHEAST ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA INTO THE EARLY EVENING HOURS.
