This urgent care facility was open by a group of local emergency medicine physicians to alleviate the overcrowding emergency rooms and improve patient access to care. Urgent care centers provide an alternative solution for patients not needing true "emergency" care but requiring access to medical care when their private physician is unavailable or unable to care for them in his or her office.

At WNY Immediate Care, your urgent medical problem is our focus. WNY Immediate Care is an urgent care center staffed with board-certified emergency medicine physicians and experienced nurses, medical assistants, and X-ray technicians who are trained and prepared to treat almost all medical problems not requiring hospitalization. Our facility is equipped to treat problems ranging from minor bumps and bruises to lacerations and broken bones. WNY Immediate Care offers onsite laboratory, as well as state of the art x-ray equipment allowing us to provide care that is fast and efficient.   Most of our patients are treated and released in less than an hour. After your visit your doctor will receive a complete copy of your records, and if necessary we will refer you to specialist that day to facilitate your follow up care.

Because an emergency can arise at anytime WNY Immediate Care is open 365 days a year including all holidays. If your regular doctor's office is closed and you need immediate assistance just walk right in, there is no appointment or referral required. In addition, In addition, charges at WNY Immediate Care are always less than similar less than similar emergency room fees and co-pays.
