BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Police say a motorcyclist was killed after hitting an SUV at Leroy and Holden in Buffalo on Friday.
Investigators say after an SUV and motorcycle collided, the SUV continued onward and struck a house. The motorcyclist is identified as 40-year-old Sonny Lee Hollingsworth of Buffalo.

Accident Investigators said the crash occurred as the motorcyclist was driving at a high rate of speed. They believe he couldn't avoid the SUV as he was attempting to make a left turn.
Hollingsworth was taken to ECMC, where he died a short time later. Autopsy results determine the cause of death was from blunt force injuries.
The male driver and passenger in the SUV were taken to ECMC where they were treated and released. Their names have not yet been released.
Police say no charges have been filed at this time as the investigation continues.
