BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A portion of Elmwood Avenue will be back down to one lane again this summer.
You may recall that last year, work began on a $2.3 million project to spruce up the streetscape, including repaving the road, the removal of trees, and installation of a new pathway.
Elmwood will be down to one lane between Forest Avenue and Iroquois Drive for a few months again this summer as crews complete the project, including new curbs and sidewalks, traffic signals, street lighting and landscape improvements.
The work should be completed this construction season.
