BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A person of interest in the mass shooting at City Grill,Riccardo McCray, has surrendered to authorities at Channel 4studios, in Buffalo.
Around 2:25 p.m. Wednesday, McCray was taken into custody.
McCray came to News 4 with a community activist Darnell Jackson,around 2 p.m.
News 4 immediately contacted Erie County District Attorney FrankSedita and Buffalo Police.
