AMHERST, NY (WIVB) - Plans are underway for Fidelis Care New York to expand in Amherst adding as many as 385 additional workers.
Business First reports that representatives from Uniland are sitting down with Amherst officials later this week to plan a $16.49 million expansion for Fidelis at their CrossPoint Parkway location. The project would double the size of Fidelis in that location.
The Amherst Planning Board and the Amherst Industrial Development Agency both have meetings on the calendar to consider the proposal later this week.
If given a green light the project could get underway this winter.
