ALLEGANY, N.Y. (WIVB) - Several search warrants executed in the Town of Allegany, lead to the arrest of three men.
Jerome Hayes, 26, was arrested on outstanding warrants for failing to appear on a felony driving while intoxicated charge. Additionally, he was arrested on warrants for assault in the third degree, petit larceny and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the Town of Great Valley.
Hayes had been listed on the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office top ten most wanted.

Following the search, he was also charged with two new counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance when officials discovered 8.6 grams of heroin and 16 Oxycodone tablets.
He was arraigned in the Town of Allegany and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
The other two men arrested were Justin Erickson, 24, and Timothy Good Jr. of Buffalo. They were both charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and issued appearance tickets.
More charges are pending the completion of the investigation.
