JAMESTOWN, NY (WIVB) - Jamestown Police were called to a Lincoln St. home early Sunday morning for a reported fight. Upon arrival Police found several people fighting in the middle of Lincoln St., including one person armed with a shotgun.
Police say 21 year old Jonathan Ray, 20 year old Casey Billyard, 21 year old Char Robbins,18 year old Kaitlyn Billyard and an unnamed individual had gone to a home on Lincoln Ave. to collect a debt that they believed they were owed.
According to Police, the group then forced their way into the home only to be forced back into the street by the home's residents. A fight then ensued in the street. One person was struck with baseball bat.
All four alleged intruders were charged with burglary in the 2nd degree and conspiracy in the 4th degree. Ray was further charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the 3rd degree. Both Billyards were also charged with assault in the 3rd degree. The unnamed suspect fled the scene and police are still investigating their involvement.
No one was seriously injured in the melee.
