INDEPENDENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - State Police have arrested a fourth man in connection with an active meth lab discovered on Forsythe Road in Independence.
On Wednesday, troopers arrested 27-year-old Timothy J. Billings. Thirty-year-old Justin Billings, 23-year-old Zackery Billings and 22-year-old Timothy Billings were all arrested last week.
All four men are facing drug charges for allegedly operating the meth lab out of their home. The lab was found after police pulled over 22-year-old Timothy for inadequate headlights and began investigating.
Troopers continue to investigate.
