FILLMORE, N.Y. (WIVB) - An Allegany County man was arrested after parole officers noticed marijuana plants allegedly growing on his property, some of which were seven feet tall.
State Police were notified and they arrested 46-year-old Kenneth Nordblum of Fillmore on Friday. Troopers seized 85 marijuana plants, which have an estimated street value of $75,000.
Nordblum has been charged with second degree criminal possession of mairjuana and unlawfully growing cannabis.
He is due back in court at a later date.
