BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Eight people, including one juvenile, were arrested Sunday after officers responded to a shots fired call around 4:30a.m.
Police arrived to the scene of a home in the 1400 block of East Delevan Avenue where they came across numerous weapons.
While at the home, one of the suspects let loose a pit bull that charged at the officers.
One of the officers discharged his weapon, striking the dog.
Police say the bullet ricochet and struck one of the suspects in the hand area.
