KILLBUCK, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Killbuck man was arrested in the southern tier last week, and an FBI fingerprint hit revealed he was wanted in Louisiana.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office says that 28-year-old Thomas Bower Jr. gave deputies several false names during an animal cruelty investigation.
His arrest revealed that he was wanted by an alias, by the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office in Louisiana.
