BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - More than two years after Muzzammil Hassan beheaded his wife Aasiya, he will learn his sentence.

Hassan was convicted of his wife's second-degree murder in February.
In February, Former Erie County District Attorney Frank Clark told News 4 it's likely Judge Franczyk would give Hassan the maximum 25 years to life sentence , meaning Hassan would have to serve 25 years before he was eligible for parole. But Clark says, the chances of Hassan getting out early were very unlikely due to the crime and a lack of remorse.
