NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 37-year-old Niagara Falls man is in serious condition after being stabbed three times during an argument Monday night.
Police tells News 4 the victim and attacker got into an argument over a can of spray paint inside an apartment on Ferry Avenue. Apparently the nozzle of the can was knocked off, and paint sprayed all over the apartment.
The pair got into a physical altercation, and that's when police say 42-year-old Marc Anthony Madore grabbed a large hunting knife, stabbing the victim in the head, shoulder and chest. The victim walked to nearby Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital.
Madore fled, but was arrested late Tuesday night on charges of first degree assault.
