GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Grand Island man is facing a DWI charge after losing control of his vehicle on I-190 in Buffalo Sunday.
State Police say 20-year-old Jason Rinard's vehicle spun across three lanes of traffic, before coming to a rest in a snowbank on the right shoulder of the road, facing the wrong way.
According to state police, Rinard was drunk. A breath test resulted in an alleged BAC of .15 percent, nearly two times the legal BAC.
