BOLIVAR, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man from Bolivar was arrested Monday after authorities say he sold prescription pills to an agent of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.
Herman Werlitz, IV is charged with third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, and fifth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Authorities say the 27-year-old sold pills to an agent in Allegany County. Werlitz was arrested on an indictment warrant and taken to the Allegany County Jail.
He will be arraigned at a later date.
