JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) - A married couple was arrested early Tuesday morning after Jamestown Police accompanied by State Police searched a home on Water Street.
Angel Pacheco, 38, and Gloria Pacheco, 33, were taken into custody after authorities say they found cocaine, marijuana and cash inside their home at 60 Water Street. Both are charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a child.
The Pachecos are expected to be arraigned on Tuesday. Both had previously been arrested in November 2012 during a raid at five locations on the southern tier, including the same home that was targeted in Tuesday's raid by authorities.
