BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Federal agents arrested a Buffalo man Wednesday after he tried to claim a crate containing over 300 pounds of marijuana.
Keith Goss, 44, was taken into custody after the crate was delivered to an address on Fillmore Avenue from Tucson, Arizona. Authorities say Goss was waiting for the arrival of the crate, which they say had over 300 pounds of marijuana inside worth over $250,000.
If convicted of conspiracy and possession with intent to distribute 100 kilograms or more of marijuana, Goss faces a minimum sentence of 10 years in prison.
He is being held pending a detention hearing on June 19.
