DARIEN CENTER, N.Y. (WIVB) - The Genesee County Sheriff's Office announced several arrests Thursday morning, made at the Maroon 5 concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center. Earlier this concert season the sheriff's office announced arrests at the Lil' Wayne concert, Brad Paisley concert and the Dave Matthews Band concert.
The Genesee County Sheriff's Office say they made the following arrests Wednesday night:
Emily L Simmons, age 21, of Springville, NY arrested for 2 counts of Harassment 2nd after allegedly grabbing a Security Guard by the head and then kicking several Deputies and Security Guards. Emily was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $250 bail.
Patrick P. Sheridan, age 45, of Clarence Center, NY arrested for Harassment 2nd and Resisting Arrest after allegedly pushing a Security Guard and then resisting arrest by refusing to be taken into custody. Patrick was arraigned in Darien Court and ROR’d.
David J. Irwin, age 49, of Clarence Center, NY arrested for 2 Counts of Harassment 2nd after allegedly pushing a Security Guard and then pushing and hitting another Security Guard in the face. David was arraigned in Darien Court and ROR’d.
Joseph M. Ciliberto, age 42, of Orchard Park, NY arrested for Harassment 2nd after allegedly striking a Deputy during an investigation. Joseph was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $250 bail.
Kara M. Balog, age 22, of Springville, NY arrested for Harassment 2nd after allegedly pushing a Deputy after repeatedly told to leave the venue. Kara was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $200 bail.
Amanda N. Hayden, age 21, of Webster, NY arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Harassment 2nd after allegedly causing a disturbance in the venue and then punching a Deputy in the chest after being instructed to leave the concert venue. Amanda was arraigned in Darien Court and remanded to jail in lieu of $300 bail.
Amanda C. Snyder, age 20, of Hamburg, NY issued a citation for Using Another’s License. Amanda is to appear in Darien Court on 10/15 @ 5 PM.
There were four people issued citations for Possession of Alcohol Under Age 21.
