GENESEO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Rochester man is accused of having more than two times the legal blood alcohol content, while he was driving Wednesday night in the Town of Geneseo. State Police say they stopped Christopher Cole on Lakeville Road for speeding.
Police say when they interviewed Cole they smelled alcohol coming from the vehicle he was driving. Police say Cole failed field sobriety tests and registered a .21 percent BAC.
Cole was charged with Aggravated DWI and speeding, and will answer charges in Town of Geneseo Court at a later date.
