ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man driving in circles in the parking lot of an Orchard Park inn is accused of driving drunk.
On Friday at 9:14 p.m., Orchard Park Police responded to a call of a vehicle driving in circles in the parking lot of O'Neill's Stadium Inn. Officers stopped the vehicle as it turned northbound on Abbott Road and interviewed the driver, 29-year-old Arlin Venters of Buffalo.
Police say Venters admitted being "buzzed" and had an open bottle of Bud Light in his console. Venters was arrested and charged with DWI, failing to obey a traffic device, moving from lane unsafely, an open container violation, and operating a motor vehicle while using a cell phone.
Venters was released to his mother and is due back in court at a later date.
