SALAMANCA, N.Y. (WIVB) - Deputies say a 22-year-old man who was driving drunk led them on a short chase on Tuesday.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office reports they attempted to stop Joshua Hahn of Salamanca on East Bucktooth Road around 11 p.m. when he took off. But after a short distance, deputies say Hahn stopped his vehicle and surrendered.
Hahn is charged with aggravated DWI for having a BAC greater than .18 percent and unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle. He was also charged with speeding, turning without using a signal, failure to stop for a stop sign and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
He's due back in court at a later date.
