LAS VEGAS, NEVADA (WIVB) - A man formerly from Eden was killed in Las Vegas after he was hit by a car.
NBC News in Nevada reports, the accident happened last week when a 55-year-old struck Robert Charles Pyjas, 29. The driver knew he hit something, but didn't know what exactly. He drove back to the scene but did not see anything.
After seeing a story on the news about a fatal hit-and-run, he turned himself into police one day after the accident.
According to a News 4 viewer, Pyjas used to live in Eden, N.Y., but moved to Las Vegas to attend the Nevada School of Massage Therapy. He graduated from Eden High School in 2002.
