WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) - West Seneca Police say a fight outside of an apartment complex on Forrestal Avenue ended in a stabbing Tuesday afternoon. Police say they were called to the scene to investigate a fight and ended up arresting 26-year-old Bryan A. McMillan.
Police say their investigation revealed McMillan was involved in a verbal altercation with a 24-year-old man, when it turned physical. Police say the other man tried to leave the fight when McMillan allegedly stabbed him in the back/ upper torso area.
Police say the victim suffered internal injuries and a collapsed lung. He was taken to Erie County Medical Center where he was treated for his injuries.
Police say they located the knife allegedly used by McMillan in a shoe in a common hallway in the apartment complex. He was taken into custody and charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned and bail was set at $25,000. He was taken to the Erie County Holding Center.
Buffalo Police have arrested 26-year-old Nicholas Finnegan, of South Buffalo, in connection to the November death of Russ Ross.
