BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Buffalo Homicide Detectives were called to the scene of a fatal shooting in Buffalo Saturday afternoon.
Police say the incident happened just before 4 p.m. in the 200 block of Northland Avenue.
According to Dennis Richards, Chief of Detectives, officers who responded to the scene learned there was allegedly a fight involving several young males in the street.
The fight happened before the victim identified as 16-year-old Kelmyne Jones was fatally shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests have been made as officials continue to search for the suspect or suspects involved in the incident.
