ERIE COUNTY, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Salamanca woman was arrested Saturday morning after she was involved in a crash.
Erie County Sheriff's responded to a one car crash on Rt. 438 on the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation around 2:30 a.m.
The operator was 53-year-old Joni J. Jamison who drove off the road and struck a utility pole. Wires were knocked down as a result of the crash.
After further investigation, the woman provided a breath test revealing her blood alcohol content to be .18%.
Jamison was arrested and charged with aggravated DWI, failure to keep right and failure to maintain the road.
