BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man charged with beating his wife to death has accepted a plea deal.
Antoine Mattox pleaded guilty Thursday to a reduced charge of manslaughter. The 32-year-old man initially faced a murder charge in the death of his wife, Nedra. She was found dead in their home on Andover Avenue in March.
Police caught Mattox at a bus station in Rochester.
He faces up to 25 years behind bars.
