ORANGEVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - Deputies say a man broke into his ex-girlfriend's home and fought with her before fleeing the scene.
Victor Secor, 26, was arrested early Sunday morning after the Wyoming County Sheriff's Office was called to Snyder Road in the Town of Orangeville around 2:45 a.m. Deputies say Secor used a hidden key to break into his ex-girlfriend's home. When he located his ex-girlfriend, deputies say Secor fought with her, ripping her shorts and preventing her from leaving. Authorities say he then stole her cell phone and fled.
Deputies caught up to Secor in the Village of Attica and arrested him for second degree burglary, second degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth degree criminal mischief and petit larceny. He was arraigned and taken to the Wyoming County Jail without bail.
A stay away order of protection was issued.
