CELORON, N.Y. (WIVB) - Deputies say a driver who couldn't stay in his lane was intoxicated and had two children in his vehicle.
The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office stopped Luis Rosa on Dunham Avenue in Celoron around 7 p.m. on Sunday when deputies say they saw Rosa driving across the hazard markings in the road. Authorities say the 48-year-old was drunk and had two teen-aged passengers in his vehicle.
Rosa's license had already been suspended for a previous alcohol-related offense. He was arrested and charged with felony DWI under Leandra's Law and felony aggravated unlicensed operation. He was additionally charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
After being arraigned, he was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail.
