KIANTONE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man of Bemus Point was arrested and charged with DWI and several other charges Sunday morning at 3a.m. following a traffic stop.
Jeremy Danielson, 33-years-old was stopped on Kiantone Road for speeding. During the traffic stop, Danielson was found to be intoxicated leading to his arrest.
This arrest is a felony for him as he was previously convicted of DWI back on March 18th, 2003.
A record check revealed Danielson had a revoked non-driver ID, for a DWI revocation from March 2003.
In addition to his DWI charge, he was also charged with Felony AUO 1st Degree, Speeding, and Unlicensed Operator.
He was taken into custody where he provided a blood test and is scheduled to appear in Kiantone Town Court at a later date.
