BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A 53-year-old Buffalo man was arrested overnight after he was stopped for speeding.
Ernest Watson was stopped by police after driving 85 mph in a 55 mph zone in Buffalo around 10:30 p.m. Friday night.
He appeared to be intoxicated, resulting him to fail Field Sobriety Evaluations.
Watson's BAC was .10%.
He is scheduled to return to the City of Buffalo Court on January 30th.
