CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man driving so slowly he was impeding traffic was arrested for DWI.
Erie County Sheriff's deputies pulled over Gary Brodziak of Clarence on Sheridan Drive around 11 p.m. on Wednesday for driving very slowly and making an unsafe turn.
Authorities say Brodziak's license was already suspended due to another alcohol-related offense, and deputies say Brodziak was again driving drunk. The 46-year-old refused to submit to a breath test and was arrested for DWI and felony aggravated unlicensed operation.
He is due back in court at a later date.
