NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) - An armed robber carrying a handgun entered the Dairy Queen on Niagara Street in Niagara Falls on Monday and demanded money from the owner.
Police were called to the scene around 11 a.m. and detectives continue to investigate. Though the suspect is seen in surveillance video with a gun, police say he never pointed it at anyone.
The suspect is a male in his 20s between 5'9" and 5'11" tall with a thinner build. He was wearing baggy blue jeans, a plain grey hooded sweatshirt and a white bandana that covered most of his face. Police were unable to determine the suspect's race or hair from the photos.
