NORTH TONAWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Town of Tonawanda man accused of kidnapping and abusing a 5-year-old girl is facing new new charges.
A Niagara County grand jury leveled first degree sex abuse charges against 34-year-old David Grover. He was arrested last week, hours after police say he took the child from her mother's house in North Tonawanda.
Grover has served time previously for abducting a child in 2007.
He is being held without bail in the Niagara County Jail.
