JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Jamestown man was arrested Sunday morning for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop.
Officers stopped Mark Franks for speeding on his motorcycle just before 3 a.m. at Weeks St.
Following an investigation, Franks was determined to be intoxicated leading to his arrest. He was taken to Jamestown City Jail without incident and provided a chemical breath test revealing his B.A.C to be greater than .08%.
Franks faces charges of DWI, DWI BAC .08% or greater, speed in zone and unlicensed operator.
He is awaiting arraignment by the Jamestown City Court.
