EDEN, N.Y. (WIVB) - Eden Police responded to a one-car crash Tuesday night on March Road.
Police say 51-year-old Russell Boedo, of Angola, was driving a 2006 Mustang at a high rate of speed when he lost control of his vehicle, struck a tree and culvert, overturned on the roadway and landed on the front lawn of a residence.
Eden Emergency Squad extricated Boedo from the vehicle and transported him to ECMC, where he is in critical condition.
Police say Boedo was arrested for DWI.
