CATTARAUGUS, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Cattaraugus man is facing charges after an incident involving his neighbor's children. The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office says 27-year-old Kirk L. Sterling was arrested on Waverly Street at 3 p.m. on Sunday.
The sheriff's office says Sterling assaulted his neighbor's kids in his driveway. Police say he was arrested for third-degree assault, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.
Police say terling was arraigned in Town of New Albion Court and was taken to Cattaraugus County Jail. Bail was st at $2,000 cash or $4,000 bail.
