LeROY, N.Y. (WIVB) - Two LeRoy residents were arrested Wednesday on multiple drug charges.
Jacqueline Cecere, 35, and Brandon Longhany, 33, were arrested at their home on Clay Street after the Genesee County Local Drug Enforcement Task Force executed a search warrant. Investigators say they found hypodermic instruments, methadone, a small quantity of cocaine, heroin, and packaging used for controlled substances.
Cecere is charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, and second degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
Longhany was charged with two counts of seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, and second degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
Both are due back in court later this month.
