A Buffalo News article says law enforcement officials claim someone saw Titus Taggart hit a woman in the face near Chippewa Street back in 2002. According to sources, the woman was knocked to the ground.
Buffalo Police initially investigated, but turned the case over the state police at their request.
Taggart has not been charged in either of the allegations against him.
