SPRINGVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) - A man who deputies say had a BAC over three times the legal limit allegedly became combative while being arrested and processed.
Casey O'Brien was pulled over after witnesses called authorities to report he was driving northbound in the southbound lane of the 219 expressway around 1 a.m. on Saturday. Deputies say the 27-year-old Concord man drove off the road and onto the median, where they found him and placed him under arrest.
O'Brien was taken to the Springville substation for processing, where deputies say his BAC was reportedly .27 percent.
Authorities say they were nearly done processing O'Brien when he became combative. He was taken to the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment.
