WEST SENECA, N.Y. (WIVB) - West Seneca Police say a 21-year-old man was driving around drunk with three 15-year-olds in his vehicle when he crashed early Sunday morning.
Authorities were called to Warren Avenue near Center Road around 4 a.m. after police say Jonathan Toledo lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a parked car in the driveway of a home. Toledo was arrested and charged with felony DWI under Leandra's Law.
Two of the juveniles were taken to Mercy Hospital for minor injuries. The other was released.
Toledo is due back in court later this week.
