State Police on patrol on Tuesday found a man asleep in his car behind the Country Fair store at the intersection of Rt. 60 and Rt. 20 in Fredonia. Troopers say Mark Dzielski, 27, of Brocton was asleep behind the wheel with a syringe sticking out of his left arm.
EMTs were called to the scene and Dzielski signed off on not receiving medical attention.
