BATAVIA, NY (WIVB) - A Batavia judge served up a sentence to a man on Thursday for several convictions, including sexually assaulting a jail inmate with a toothbrush.
Raymond L. Leach Jr., 55, was arrested last year for violating an order of protection. While in the Genesee County Jail he was accused of sexually assaulting a sleeping inmate with a toothbrush.
Leach was ordered to serve three years in prison for third-degree aggravated sexual assault.
He is already serving a sentence for a previous criminal contempt conviction.
